About Ashburnham Golf Club

Ashburnham Golf Club lies at Burry Port, a coastal town on the Carmarthenshire side of the Loughor estuary, a few miles west of Llanelli in south-west Wales. The Carmarthenshire coastline here fronts Carmarthen Bay, with the Gower peninsula visible across the water to the south-east. Burry Port grew up around its Victorian harbour and docks, once serving the area's coal and tinplate industries, and the town remains a modest base for visitors travelling this stretch of coast between Llanelli and the Pembrokeshire border. The club sits within reach of the wider Carmarthenshire road network, with Llanelli's rail and bus links a short drive away and Swansea further along the coast to the east.

Where to find it

The address is Burry Port, Carmarthenshire, SA16 0HN. It is about 14 miles from Swansea. That is a straight-line distance. The sidebar links to the club website and lists its phone number. Use the map below, since it shows the exact spot.

Check the club website for tee times, because visitor rules differ by club. Ask for the current green fee, since we do not list one. Pack a waterproof layer, because UK weather changes fast.
