About Crow Wood Golf Club

Crow Wood Golf Club operates on the northeastern edge of Glasgow, within Lanarkshire, as part of a wider venue that combines golf with dining, events and other leisure facilities rather than functioning as a traditional stand-alone golf club. The course gives members and visiting golfers a round to play alongside access to the site's bars, restaurants and function spaces, making it as much a social hub for the local area as a golfing destination. Its position close to the M80 and M73 corridor puts it within easy reach of Glasgow, Cumbernauld and the towns of North Lanarkshire, drawing a mix of regular members and people visiting for events unconnected to golf itself. The combination of course and clubhouse facilities under one roof reflects a broader shift among Scottish clubs towards multi-purpose venues that can support a golf membership year-round even when the course itself is quiet. Crow Wood's setting on the edge of the city gives it a semi-rural feel while keeping it convenient for golfers based in Glasgow, and the club positions itself around community use of its grounds and buildings as much as around the golf course alone.

Where to find it

The address is Cumbernauld Road, Glasgow, North Lanarkshire, G69 9JF. It is about 6.0 miles from Glasgow. That is a straight-line distance. The sidebar links to the club website and lists its phone number. The map below shows the exact spot, because that helps with satnav.

Check the club website for tee times, because visitor rules differ by club. Ask for the current green fee, since we do not list one. Pack a waterproof layer, because UK weather changes fast.
