About Bletchingley Golf Club

Bletchingley Golf Club is set near the village of Bletchingley in Surrey, a short distance from Redhill and within the North Downs landscape that runs through this part of the county. The course follows a parkland layout, with mature trees standing across the grounds and outlooks towards the North Downs ridge from parts of the course. Bletchingley is a historic village with a long main street of period buildings, sitting on the greensand ridge that runs parallel to the chalk Downs a short distance to the north. The village's elevated position gives the surrounding area some of the same downland views found at clubs further along the ridge, while its parkland golf course offers a more sheltered, tree-lined contrast to the open chalk grassland nearby. The club operates as a members' venue serving golfers from Redhill, Godstone and the surrounding Surrey villages, with road access via the A25 connecting the area to Reigate and Oxted. The combination of mature parkland planting and views towards the Downs gives Bletchingley Golf Club a setting that reflects the wider greensand and chalk landscape found across this part of Surrey.
