About Carluke Golf Club

Carluke Golf Club serves the market town of Carluke in South Lanarkshire, a course that has built a reputation locally for the condition of its layout and the welcome extended to newcomers. Visitors and members alike book tee times through the club's own online system, and the club maintains a regular fixture list alongside its day-to-day green fee play. A pro shop at the course supports both members and visiting golfers, and the routine of starting a round at the shop and finishing at the final green is part of the club's everyday character. Carluke sits within reach of the wider Clyde valley and the string of Lanarkshire towns that run between Lanark and Motherwell, giving the course a convenient position for golfers travelling from across the county. The club has attracted favourable comment over recent years for the standard of its upkeep, and it continues to focus on presenting the course consistently for both competitive and social rounds. Contact with the club, whether for membership enquiries, visitor bookings or society outings, is handled directly by the office, keeping the arrangement of a round straightforward for those unfamiliar with the course.

Where to find it

The address is Hallcraig, Carluke, South Lanarkshire, ML8 5HG. It is about 17 miles from Glasgow. It is about 31 miles from Edinburgh. Those are straight-line distances. The sidebar links to the club website and lists its phone number. The map below shows the exact spot, because that helps with satnav.

Check the club website for tee times, because visitor rules differ by club. Ask for the current green fee, since we do not list one. Pack a waterproof layer, because UK weather changes fast.
