Bridgend Golf Complex

Bridgend Golf Complex is a nine-hole course in Bridgend, a town roughly midway between Cardiff and Swansea and close to the M4, which makes it one of the more accessible pay-and-play options in Glamorgan for golfers travelling along the South Wales coast. Alongside the nine-hole layout the complex includes a floodlit driving range, extending its use into the evening and through the winter months when daylight on the course itself is limited. Bridgend sits at the point where the Ogmore and Ewenny valleys meet the coastal plain, giving the surrounding area a mix of low hills and flatter ground close to the sea at Ogmore-by-Sea and Porthcawl. As a shorter course with practice facilities attached, it fills a different role from the county's longer eighteen-hole clubs, suited to quicker rounds or standalone range sessions.
