About Nizels Country Club

Nizels Country Club occupies a wooded estate near Hildenborough in Kent, operating as a private club rather than one open to casual visitors. The parkland course is laid out through mature woodland typical of this part of the Kent countryside, with trees defining much of the routing between holes. As a country club rather than a golf-only venue, Nizels combines the course with a wider set of private members' facilities beyond the eighteen fairways themselves, reflecting a model more common among estate-based clubs than at simpler pay-and-play courses. The Hildenborough setting places the club within the well-wooded stretch of west Kent between Tonbridge and Sevenoaks, an area characterised by country estates and mature parkland rather than open farmland. Membership at Nizels gives access to a course maintained within this private estate setting, with the wooded grounds providing a settled, established backdrop that has changed little as the surrounding area has developed. The private, members-focused structure remains the defining feature of the club, distinguishing it from the more publicly accessible courses nearby.

Where to find it

The address is Nizels Lane, Tonbridge, Kent, TN11 8NX. It is about 25 miles from London. That is a straight-line distance. The sidebar lists the club phone number. The map below shows the exact spot, because that helps with satnav.

Call the club for tee times, because visitor rules differ by club. Ask for the current green fee, since we do not list one. Pack a waterproof layer, because UK weather changes fast.
