Park Wood Golf Club lies on Chestnut Avenue at Westerham, a short drive from the M25 near the Kent and Surrey border. The 18-hole course plays to a par of 72 over 6,835 yards, laid out across gently rolling parkland on ground the club places on the edge of the Chilterns, with outlooks toward both Surrey and Kent and, on a clear day, London itself. A practice range sits alongside the main course. The opening hole is a straightforward par four complicated by a ditch guarding the green, while the second is a short par five with bunkers hidden along the right side of the fairway. Later holes include a long, uphill par four at the third, a doglegged par five at the fourth needing a downhill approach, and a par three at the sixth judged one of the course's more demanding tee shots. Beyond the golf, Park Wood operates as a venue for weddings, functions and conferences, and the club regularly hosts golf societies with catering handled by its own team. The club is close enough to London for day visitors while remaining set in open countryside, with membership, function bookings and society days all run from the clubhouse on site.
