Perton Park Golf Club, which also trades under the name The Mount Golf & Country Club, occupies a site on Perton Ridge about six miles from Wolverhampton city centre. The 18-hole layout dates from 1990 and plays to 6,636 yards from the white tees, with a separate ladies' course measured at 5,526 yards. Over three decades the turf has matured, and the club has continued work on the greens and drainage as part of routine upkeep. The clubhouse serving the course has been refurbished in recent years, and the venue extends well beyond the 18 holes: there is a driving range currently closed for redevelopment with reopening planned for 2026, a gym, padel courts, a sports bar and hotel rooms for stay-and-play visits. Golf societies and corporate groups can book dedicated packages, and a dinosaur-themed adventure golf course of a further 18 holes has been added as a separate family attraction alongside the main course. The combination of golf, fitness and hospitality facilities on one site makes Perton Park more of a multi-purpose leisure venue than a single-course club, aimed at members, visiting societies and day guests alike.
Perton Park Golf Club plays over 18 holes.
