Ross-on-Wye is a challenging woodland course set among rolling countryside some 7 miles from the picturesque town of Ross-on-Wye. Ross is a woodland course carved out of an oak and silver birch forest and standing on the 1st or 10th tee it is hard to believe that this excellent layout has only been in existence for 40 years. Its tree lined, undulating fairways and small well contoured greens test all golfer's repertoire of shots. Ross is a course that demands strategy, creativity and most of all patience as well as that elusive golf talent to hit a ball consistently straight.
