Seahouses Golf Club sits on Beadnell Road on the Northumberland coast, its eighteen holes laid out along ground exposed to the North Sea with several holes running close to the cliffs and shoreline. Early on, the course offers a short par five with a realistic birdie chance, followed by a demanding par three from an elevated tee guarded by water and out of bounds both left and behind the green. The middle holes bring further water hazards, with a straight par four crossed by water on the left and a difficult par four with out of bounds to the right and hazards running down the left side. The back nine turns increasingly towards the coastline, including an uphill par four played towards the sea, a long par three that tracks the shore and calls for a long iron or fairway wood, and a short par three played out over the cliffs themselves. The closing stretch includes a shortish par four with trouble down the left and a green tucked into a hollow, and a strong par four sharing its fairway with the second hole. Seahouses itself is a small Northumberland harbour town close to Bamburgh and within sight of the Farne Islands, giving the course a genuinely coastal setting throughout.
Seahouses Golf Club plays over 18 holes.
