Shifnal is a market town in Shropshire, east of Telford, sitting within the TF11 postcode area of the county. The golf club is based at Decker Hill on the edge of the town, with its clubhouse occupying an eighteenth-century regency house that also contains the pro shop, catering facilities and bar. Visitor green fees for the April to October 2026 season are £65 Monday to Thursday and £80 Friday to Sunday, with buggies available to hire at £35 a round. County card holders can book Monday and Tuesday afternoons after 2pm through the pro shop. Visitors are welcomed with tee times available across the year, and the club also hosts society, corporate and charity golf days, with a dedicated society menu offered for group bookings. Shropshire's landscape around Shifnal is mixed farmland and woodland typical of the county's eastern edge, close to the industrial heritage sites of the Ironbridge Gorge a few miles to the south. The club sits within reach of Telford, Bridgnorth and Wolverhampton, giving it a catchment across the West Midlands and Shropshire border. Details of club rules, buggy policy and safeguarding policies are published for members and visitors alike.
