About this course

Turnhouse Golf Club lies on the west side of Edinburgh, within sight of the runways at Edinburgh International Airport, in the corridor between the city and the Pentland Hills. James Braid laid out the course, and the club is recognised by the Association of James Braid, which tracks his design work across Britain. The 18 holes run as two loops of nine, both starting and finishing in front of the clubhouse. From higher points the round offers views south to the Pentland Hills and north across the Forth toward Fife and the Ochils. The club welcomes visitors throughout the year and offers a driving range and short game practice areas, along with the services of a PGA professional. Visitors can book up to ten tee times at once, with discounted rates available to non-members, and a guest fee of £20 applies regardless of how many are in a group. Social membership is also offered for those who want to use the clubhouse and facilities without a full playing membership.

Turnhouse Golf Club plays over 18 holes.

You will find Turnhouse Golf Club at 154 Turnhouse Road, Edinburgh, City of Edinburgh, EH12 0AD. It also shows up in our guides for Edinburgh, Glasgow, and Dundee, since those cover the wider area.
